Dave the Reptile Guy:

Dave Christensen is a lifelong advocate for understanding the animals and ecosystems of Earth and the science that governs it. His deep love for nature was sparked by spending his youth exploring the Minnesota woods, the Santa Cruz mountains of California, and the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. These experiences gave him a profound appreciation for animals and the complex natural world. Driven by this curiosity, Dave earned three degrees: Physics, Mathematics, and Humanities. This combination of scientific rigor and broader perspective allows him to see and appreciate the natural world.

Today, Dave uses his blend of scientific expertise and ecological passion to connect with students of all ages with his many reptile friends.

As a family owned and operated corporation, My Reptile Guys have delivered fun & educational reptile adventures to thousands of families, schools, libraries, and summer camps since 2010.

Our family tradition of personal care and professional service is conveyed through our staff members, who are highly trained, responsible young adults with college degrees — all share a common bond with reptiles and all had previous working experience with children before joining our team. --- In fact, delivering the most memorable party a child could ever have is our only job description.
